All prices listed on the website, in the relevant column, are exclusive of VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without prior notice.

Invoicing

If the customer wishes to receive an invoice for the ordered goods, it is necessary to make an explicit request, providing all necessary details (VAT number or tax code) for invoicing, in the Notes section during purchase. The invoice is issued upon successful payment by the customer. At the time of order, the customer can request the product be sent to an address different from the one indicated on the invoice. Sales of products made online are similar to mail order sales. Therefore, the provision contained in art. 2, letter oo), of DPR 21.12.1996, n. 696 applies, which provides exemption from the obligation to issue a receipt or tax receipt. Customers who do not request an invoice will receive a simple purchase receipt.

Product Availability

The product catalog published on the site always indicates product availability. In 99% of cases, the listed products are readily available in the warehouse and ready to be shipped within 24 hours.

Technical Information

The technical information provided on the site is derived from information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adjust the technical and dimensional information of catalog products based on what is communicated by the manufacturers, without any notice.

We are not responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage or loss resulting from the sale of goods and services proposed in the catalog published on the site. b) identification details of the Owner and Managers, as well as subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as Managers or Agents;

d) deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
